Lotus Westerhof Can you please tell me which coating buffer you used for coating the virus? I am trying to coat another virus through onto 96 well plate for ELISA.

Are there any commercial coating buffers that you recommend?

I just diluted my sonicated virus stock with PBS! I had to keep the substrate on for 30 minutes and the colour change wasn't big, but definitely enough to see if my mice were infected or not.

I usually don't do ELISAs so I don't have a lot of experience with different coating buffers.
