We're in doubt about the dilution and acidification of the serum human samples. It's really necessary to proceed the 1:4 dilution of each test sample and preparing 1:2 serial dilutions per sample in ELISA plate??

Hello Gilson,
i don' think it's necessary to go with the dilutions recommended by the kit. As long as you account for the dilution factor you used, it should be fine. Hope this helps!!!
