I am not nematologist, so need help/assistance to assess bacterial antagonistic effect in lab against pathogenic nematodes.
Will anybody suggest me some way (plate assay / biochemical test) to evaluate the consortia, while the biochemical effect of pure metabolites will be followed in later stages.
I would greatly appreciate the positive feedback.

@Rupali: Thanks but you worked on bacterial metabolites as nematocides while i want to co-culture bacteria and nematodes together wan want to screen which of my strains are antagonizing nematodes .......!!!!!!!!
The Ausubel lab works extensively with pathogenic nematodes and their interactions with bacteria. http://ausubellab.mgh.harvard.edu/
Alternatively there are many co-culture systems people have used to study these interactions and select for mutants. (e.g. Bommarius B, Anyanful A, Izrayelit Y, Bhatt S, Cartwright E, et al. (2013) A Family of Indoles Regulate Virulence and Shiga Toxin Production in Pathogenic E. coli. PLoS ONE 8(1): e54456. doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0054456) and refs therein.
There are many observations on Bacillus penetrans inside plant parasitic nematodes from the genus Pratylenchus, migratory endoparasites in roots. Type of its relation- antagonistic probably.
