I have to join tungsten wire to metallic plate with that adhesive and entire assembly has to be heated upto 600C in ultra high vacuum. I know about zirconia paste but it is not readily available in India.
Heating to 600°C will cause a strong increase in pressure, so it would be challenging to keep UHV conditions - most adhesives will make the things much worse.
If an electrical contact between W wire and the metal is OK: try spot welding (will depend on the metal).
If the W wire should be fixed (isolated) to the metal plate (you mentioned zirconia paste) try to use ceramic tubes, rings, or pearls for insulation and fix the insulation by screws or clamps, the latter fixed by screws or spot-welded.
Actually the wire dimension is 50um, so it is getting difficult to try any other means than adhesive. It has to be mounted on a plate with controlled dimensions and then the entire assembly has to be heated up to 600C.
