I am traveling to the US and I have to take a few mouse IPSC lines with me. The problem is that we can't send them in dry ice, so I've been told that many people take them directly in the luggage. The trip might take up to 24 hs.

I know of two methods:

*growing the cells in low density in a bottle and fill it completely with medium.

*resuspend the cells in medium (or directly in serum), put them in a criovial and travel with the cells floating, in your luggage.

Is either of them better for these cells? Every recomendations would be much appreciated!
