Hi RG Hivemind,

I'm trying to grow LMH cells (Gallus gallus liver cancer cells) and I'm having a rough time of it. I've tried two differently coated plates (collagen and gelatin) and two different dissociation reagents (0.25% Trypsin and Accutase). However, I keep hitting the same problem: the cells look fine for a couple of days, then they lift off the plate and grow in suspension. They are supposed to be adherent. They still grow, but viability goes way down (~60% via Trypan Blue Count). I'm struggling to get enough cells for an experiment. As far as I can tell, I'm following the ATTC protocol exactly.

Any advice?

Thanks,
