We're trying to set up a procedure that allows us to do ISH on 5um FFPE sections of intact mouse hind legs. The knee joints have been injected with a viral vector and we want to know where the vector ends up and where this leads to expression of the transgene. I'm looking for fixative agents and times, Decalcification agents and times. etc. Any help will be much appreciated
