Does anyone have an idea how to stabilize heparansulfate during or after fixation of HUVECs?

We are looking for a method to stabilize Heparansulfate (or carbohydrate side chains in general) during/after fixation of HUVECs with glutaraldehyde or PFA.

If anyone has an idea- please contact us!
