i wish to use an ex vivo rat heart model to identify the effect of er stress inducers following treatment of the animals with an antioxidant. I need help in the buffer and perfusion composition for the same if i have to study the inhibitor effct for a minimum of 1 hr. We dont have a langderoff apparatus for perfusion. Please help...
