I am looking for an accurate method for ecdysone titer measurement especially via HPLC. I don't want to use RIA for this purpose because of insufficient equipment.
Chromatographic procedures such as classic column chromatography on alumina and silica, droplet countercurrent chromatography, HPLC and, preparative TLC or size-exclusion chromatography on an LH-20 Sephadex column are used for separation, quantification of ecdysteroids. Both normal-phase and reversed-phase HPLC can be used. Detection by GC-MS is also reported Pl refer following publications:-
