Does anyone have a nice protocol to immortalize human primary fibroblast and CAF (cancer associated fibroblast)? I am using commercial Htert lentivirus and I would like to know the MOI to calculate the viral vectors volume required. Thanks a lot.

Mechanotransduction and YAP-dependent matrix remodelling is required for the generation and maintenance of cancer-associated fibroblasts.

I also need this protocal. This reference mentioned about immortalize fibroblast by HPV-E6. Maybe you can have a try.
