Our lab have that old thermal cycler as a gift from another institution and i want to try doing pcr using that thermal cycler. Unfortunately I don't have a manual for that thermal cycler and I can't find its manual as PDF in internet. So, can anyone give me manual for using it?

I have looked at those sites and they can't seem to provide the pdf copy of the manual. But one of them provided a helpful protocol.
I will also ask the company for pdf copy of the manual.

Unfortunately i couldn't get exact same one from the company but i found the link from Prof. Kawas to be very useful. Especially the one from Openwetware.
I also found one protocol from Applied Biosystems about their DNA Thermal Cycler 480 that i believe to be a similar product with the one from Perkin Elmer.
