The term "Agricultural waste" is too broad. You may want to narrow it down to a specific by-product of a process, the easy of availability, and its quality. You may want to bear in mind what target product you are thinking of and its use. Kindly also look into the economics of the process. Based on this, other regulatory matters need to be considered and these would help to specify your objectives.
