Thanks for the response Jasim but I could only find one statement about Passive Lysis buffer stating it contains anti foam agent and none of the other components.We are facing auto fluorescence of CTZ while using CCLR lysis buffer which makes it incompatible to Renilla assay.Could you please let me know if there is any alternative?
