In Germany we observe an uncritical use of low dose ASA in reproductive medicine and every kind of previous pregnancy complication.
ASA therapeutic doses are contraindicated in late pregnancy because of potential risk for preterm fetal closure of the patent ductus, but is commonly used as a secondary prevention of preeclampsia, so you should be able to find these types of datasets ?

a good place to start is to analyze why to take aspirin ? There is evidence that some causes of infertility miscarriage may be due to problems with clotting , and a few trials have shown some benefit in using aspirin 75mg while an equal number of trials showed no benefit.

There is an excellent Cochrane review on the use of ASA for the primary prevention of preeclampsia. The title is "Antiplatelet agents for preventing pre-eclampsia and its complications," written by Duley, Henderson-Smart, Meher, and King. Several of their outcomes address the issues around neonatal/infant death. The document is 146 pages long and is quite comprehensive.
This is a strong area of interest for me. I'll be interested to know if you choose to study this further.
