Does anybody know how to do detect HLA A1?

Hi everyone,

Im going to do HLA typing on the PBMCs to match our cancer cell lines which have been HLA typed. Most of them carry A02:01 and A01:01, some of them carry A29:02 and A24:02. I have found antibodies available for A02:01 but I did not find anything work for A01:01. Could anybody advise me how to do detect HLA A01:01? Thank you!
