Can the quantile delta mapping (QDM) method downscale the output data of GCM to the station scale?

Can the quantile delta mapping (QDM) method downscale the output data of GCM to the station scale? If so, what software or code is used to implement it? Package "MBC" and "ClimDown" seem to only downscale the coarse-resolution GCM to the high-resolution grid data. I want to downscale the GCM output to the station. Hope everyone can help me.

You can use the Qmap function in R packages. It is just the quantile mapping and not the QDM though.
