screening of 94 cancer cell lines shows that OU31 and Caco2 cell lines are most resistant to vincristine, which may be related to overexpression of pgp in these cell lines.

vincristine resistant cell lines are Caco-2 cell line and OU31, Vincristine-resistant erythroleukemia cell line, (HCT 116/VP48) and lung (A549B/VP29) adenocarcinoma cell lines.
