I have some columns and some buffer leftover (Machery Nagel Nucleospin RNA plus) which I may give some use for RNA extraction. I have been looking for the recipes of the buffers (buffer LBP, binding solution, and buffers WB1 and WB2) but I have had no luck.
If anybody has the recipes, would you mind sharing with me??
You will not find that, the kits are proprietary products and details are not disclosed by company.
That is correct, the kits are propietary products, however, you can still find their recipes which saves you money and sometimes time (it may be faster for you to prepare your own buffer rather than waiting for the buffers/kit to arrive).
Check this Qiagen buffer recipes and try them if you feel interested.
