The standard software Genorm and Normfinder I could not access freely. Kindly tell me if there is any free software and the latest version of it if available. Please its very urgent....PLS HELP
Here's a copy of the old GeNorm, however, it doesn't work on Excel 2010 and 2013. GeNorm and Normfinder are software packages that find the best reference genes for you and tell you the minimum number of reference genes to use in your conditions.
I recommend REST2009 for gene normalization.

In the following paper we compared the results with three freely available programs/algorithms: geNorm, NormFinder and BestKeeper. The study deals with the validation of reference genes for quantitative gene expression studies.
