As you asked in the question there is no interference with UV Vis. Did you have a problem with separation of the compound? You might want to try a precipitation method. What is the color of your compound?
Dear Mahmoud Abdelhakem , we used the following recipe successfully to determine both hexacyanoferrates in wine:
Columns: Dionex IonPac NS1 with Guard column
Eluent: 2mM TBAOH, 0.3mM Na2CO3, in 40% Acetonitrile
Flow: 1 mL/min
Detection: suppressed conductivity (external water regeneration), Dionex ASRS
Also, one can try UV, but suppressed conductivity is the more selective alternative.
The column is a not functionalized material with RP properties. In contrast to conventional silica-based material, the efficiency will be lower, but the selectivity gain is significant.
