Hi,

I am trying to use FlowClean but it seems a bit reluctant to work.

Here's my system:

Windows 8.1 pro flowJo V.10.3

FlowClean_V2.2.jar ( from http://exchange.flowjo.com/)

sessionInfo() R version 3.4.3 (2017-11-30) Platform: i386-w64-mingw32/i386 (32-bit) Running under: Windows 8.1 x64 (build 9600) Matrix products: default locale: [1] LC_COLLATE=French_Canada.1252  LC_CTYPE=French_Canada.1252    [3] LC_MONETARY=French_Canada.1252 LC_NUMERIC=C                   [5] LC_TIME=French_Canada.1252     attached base packages: [1] stats     graphics  grDevices utils     datasets  methods   base      other attached packages: [1] flowClean_1.16.0 flowCore_1.44.1  loaded via a namespace (and not attached):  [1] Rcpp_0.12.15        lattice_0.20-35     matrixStats_0.53.0   [4] mvtnorm_1.0-7       changepoint_2.2.2   corpcor_1.6.9        [7] zoo_1.8-1           rrcov_1.4-3         grid_3.4.3          [10] stats4_3.4.3        pcaPP_1.9-73        graph_1.56.0        [13] robustbase_0.92-8   Biobase_2.38.0      bit_1.1-12          [16] DEoptimR_1.0-8      sfsmisc_1.1-1       parallel_3.4.3      [19] compiler_3.4.3      BiocGenerics_0.24.0 cluster_2.0.6

I did change the preference Settings as suggested here : http://docs.flowjo.com/d2/plugins/installing-plugins/ and I can see the plugin but when I'm trying to use it I am getting this error : flowClean has failed to produce the expected derived parameter.

Also, I am not able to put dots (.) or comma (,) on the parameter that should have one. When I am trying to use the plugin the parameters don't fit the one stated here https://www.flowjo.com/learn/flowjo-university/flowjo/tutorial/33 and I am not able to changed them to the good one.

If there is a way to use it in R and then go back to flowJo, it can be a good option for me. Or else, I guess I will have to learn analyzing everything in R.
