Honey bees are know to have cells containing magnetic iron compounds (Kuterbach et al. 1982) and to some colleagues make the connection between environmental magnetism pollution with the CCD symptoms (Ferrari 2014).
I could not find very good paper reporting such a connection with other health problems.
Hello Jean-Jacques. Veronica Lambinet and Gerhard Gries have published quite a few articels covering magnetic fundamentals in honeybees, recently. You can find them on RG, maybe you can ask them directly for their experiences.

To my knowledge, there are no studies dealing with this issue so far. But it would be quite interesting as there is a increasing number of urban beekeepers these days.
