Does any body have NIST Mass library to help me find the structure relate to the mass peak of 128?

I am working with Lc-Ms-Ms 320 Agilant. I can not buy NIST software because I am not sure that if really helps me or not.

my standard sample is Dehydroascorbic acid but it is not stable and after 2 hour I have peak for fuiroacid, Diketogluconic acid , and this peak that I do not have idea about that.
