We know that the viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids changes when shear is applied on them. On the other hand, some correlations are available about the relation between viscosity and surface tension.

I simulated a bubbly flow in a non-Newtonian liquid vith ANSYS Fluent. I applied the Power Law model for the variation of viscosity but I am not sure whether I need to consider the variation of surface tension or not. Do you think that the surface tension of non-Newtonian liquids changes just like their viscosity?

I would be appreciative if you let me know your opinion.
