I am not a native english speaker, and even if i am fluent, when I write a manuscript I have most of the time reviewers suggesting to improve the language of the paper. I am trying to improve with a teacher, but I would like to know if you use any kind of programme, tool, webservice, to improve the language of your paper.

I use the English setting of the Word processor and after I am satisfied with that, hand it over to an English native colleague for proof-reading. There are words that come easily to me since they might remind me of a similar German or Latin word, but that are rarely used in English. A programm would tell you whether you have written it correctly, but fails at telling you whether its proper English. There is no way around proof-reading by a native. You have to improve your language skills though, or else people will find it a hassle to correct everything.

Thank you collegues... obviusly supervision of native is the best option, but often we have no time for that. I will try to improve mine this year...any idea of a course on academic writing? I will made a separate topic for this
No I don't. I rely on my language intuition to write what I think is right. Then, I reread to improve style and choice of vocabulary. I used to review other people's work to earn extra income and that has extended my editing experience.
Once released, Collocaid might come in handy (https://www.researchgate.net/project/Collocaid-combining-learner-needs-lexicographic-data-and-text-editors-to-help-learners-write-more-idiomatically). It has been in the making for some time now so I hope it will become available soon.
