Do you think that home reading effects learning English for EFL learners?
To learn any language other than the mother tongue needs to communicate with the speakers and continue learning by reading, talking, listening and enjoying the history and the development of this language, and not only attend some educational sessions, It's a process and need to exercise periodically
Whatever the place where you learn the language, whether inside or outside the home, the acquisition of motivation is an essential element in teaching the language and learning to speak to others. Experimental studies indicate that students with high motivation learn the language faster and better than those who avoid learning the language.
I think home reading can help the learning English and develop possibility of education.

Reading at home is just one skill but it is very useful for EFL learners. Other skills are also very important to learning.
Of course, any kind of language excersize is useful for learning foreign language: my son has learned so much English by watching Cartoon Network TV.

The so called intensive reading is a very useful way of learning English. In point of fact, reading is a basic platform or a kind of diving board which can immensely help language learners.

Reading alone at home will not guarantee to learn a foreign language properly. The best solution is living in a community which speaks a foreign language.
Yes. reading helps improving english. Reading is more connected to writing and listenning is more connected to speaking.

Absolutely yes. But it doesn't mean that all EFL learners need to learn their language is only reading at home. There should be communication practices that help them to master all language skills as Reading alone will only help them to develop their reading skills and vocabulary repository. Practice makes perfect! Therefore learners need to practice all skills.
Indeed Reading and understansing English Articles are Most important section for English Learners. Other Sections connected to Reading are Writing Listening Speaking English and All above four sections are important and have individual importance and Value. Regards

I think reading is the key of academic success for students in different fields and in English language precisely. On the other hand, connecting reading to learning would be by default a normal relation taking in consideration students' intrinsic motivation and the material is going to be read by the students. I prefer to extend this topic and make it more clear by associating it with a term called ( extensive reading).
