Can not be generalized , corruption spread out in most countries takes different forms, the brain drain is not linked to political corruption, and does not give the immigrant mind a document of acquittal from corruption

Political corruption is certainly an important factor, but the most important factor is the failure of policies, especially the education policies, which is the cause of brains migration
Undoubtedly, the economical circumstance is serious motivator to this kind of immigrations.All of us are seeking for better quality of living and commonly that situation is so available in developed countries!

Corrupted politicians are mostly for brains migration to other countries. However, there are some other reasons such as the ambitions of some people to leave their countries looking for better opportunities to improve their standards of living and get more financial support in the countries they migrate to.

We do not have something called "brain drain" and what's there is "fugitive brain".
Brain drain happens because of the lure of better jobs, salary, physical facilities, opportunities, education, healthcare, and so on in the country of migration. Corrupt politicians may not be directly responsible for this state of affairs. But if your country is able to provide the "brains" what they require, migration or drain can be arrested or at least slowed down.
Any kind of oppression, suppression of free speech, injustice - correlates of corruption can lead to people trying to flee the country including the highly educated causing the brain drain

Yes. They make a country unproductive, discourage hard working and create and spread poverty among people thereby making a country not worth to live.
There are several reasons for brains migrating , such as:
1. Corrupt politicians may have an impact,
2. Other countries may give privileges that are not available in their countries.
3. Other countries Policies may be used to empty the country of productive brains.
regarding brain drain in my country, politicians are greatly responsible for brain drain. scholars are not provided with the facilities and respect they expect. the number of job opportunities is not enough for them . they prefer to leave their country to manifest their talents there.

Had they been able to provide a conducive environment to study, work and live, people would rather stay in their home country. But unfortunately politicians are all busy in corruption and developing themselves rather than focusing on development of country and citizens. We get only one life and everyone wants to live a life of dignity fulfilling basic fundamental needs, facilities and infrastructures which is nt possible in countries where politicians are busy in corruption. Thus only option left for citizens is to move where they can acquire what they dreamed of.

The brain drain has reasons and reasons, the most important of which is the absence of the incubator environment for their aspirations and ideas, and other reasons, including harassment in the field of work and exposure to physical liquidation
Corruption and corrupted politicians act systematically to damage everything! Brilliant subjects and highly qualified people will be obliged to leave towards a more stable country if they want to save their lives in some cases!
In less severe situations, they leave because they do not find the tools to be creative and productive or they are not be paid for their jobs as their colleagues elsewhere and as they deserve.
The problem is that corruption is keeping growing and corrupted subjects are protected. Only poor people and active brains are paying the large bill!
Political corruption is just one of the factors that leads many privileged minds to flee their countries looking for a better academic work environment and standard of living for themselves and their families.
Other factors are the lack of support and recognition of some educational or scientific institutions, for the work done.
Finally the most important, the lack of a high level scientific and academic environment and the lack of resources in terms of infrastructure and state-of-the-art or innovative technology to carry out its work.
Politicians have created the world whereas their antecedents , the dirty politicians are destroying the world day by day.
1.Past days, politicians had mad the well-beings of the country people. Presently, money makes the politicians.
2. Past days leaders were made by the popularity of the country people. Presently , politicians are born in the empowered families.
3. Past days, politicians thought only for the country people. Nowadays, they are thinking only for themselves.
4. In the past, politician were found by the needy people with their woes, now they are with the well-off.
5. Gone days politicians were alert always so that their supporters and followers may hurt by their behavior and activities. Now, people scare politicians.
Still, Not all the politicians are corrupted ! Only a politician can make the change !! Its not possible by others.

The weakness of the ability to absorb the talent that finds itself either unemployed or find work that does not suit their specialties in their country ... Categorically, corruption is a negative phenomenon, but it existed in ancient times and will exist in the future. And as every phenomenon, even the negative ones have their positive and negative sides. Sometimes, as a Bulgarian proverb says: "Instead of taking your eyes out of your eyebrows!" I do not know if you understand me, the point is that instead of doing you bad, so does your fate bring you positive things ?!

Corruption and extortion of the ruling classes find fertile ground in the philosophy of individualism and in the developed countries are the main cause of the brain drain. In developing or underdeveloped countries there are many other reasons leading to brain drain but corruption and extortion plays an important role. Wherever the mechanism is the same. Albeit there can be other contributors but I think corrupt politicians can be one of the contributors for brain drain / emigration. Reason being corrupt politicians very likely will not practice the true sense of meritocracy in many areas leading high performance individuals might give up & emigrate to other countries for greener pastures.

Corruption is everywhere and it is because of the human greed and materialistic life style.In the recent past religion use to control the emotions and greed of the common man which has been ruined because of modern life style and thinking.
When the larger number of people become corrupt and honest find it difficult to survive they start thinking to migrate to countries where corruption is not visible at lower level.
Unfortunately all the political systems of governance till date have not been able to overcome the corruption in public life.
One good saying in India is " It s better to have brain drain then keeping brain in the drain"
