Almost all of us dreaming always about fearful future!
Accelerated ambitions giving us accelerated tensions (and so high blood pressure and blood sugar) as a by product!
Positive thinking, thinking maximum only about present (not past or future), attitude of beginners, meditations etc. are prescribed to overcome such condition.
But perhaps most of us are not having such organised brain to follow these advices thoroughly.
But we have to try to follow these continuously ....

Dear Dr Mahesh Kumar, I will yes to the question. Fear is an emotional response to a known or a threat. When faced with fear, people experience the physical reactions that are described under anxiety. Fear causes anxiety, and anxiety can cause fear. Responses to both reactions are the uncontrolled signal sent to the brain (No scientific prove).
Of course it is better to remain calm whatever happens.
But it is no difficult to imagine a situation when nothing will help you. Then, again it will be better (not to lose your mind/not to panic) and become a calm observer of your inevitable death as if you were watching an interesting movie
Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. It has a very strong effect on your mind and body. Fear can create strong signals of response when we’re in emergencies – for instance, if we are caught in a fire or are being attacked.
Anxiety is a word we use for some types of fear that are usually to do with the thought of a threat or something going wrong in the future, rather than right now.
Anxiety and fear are results/ responses of someone's activities. If you do something bad with someone, you will always expect bad. This type of thinking lead to anxiety and fear.
Anxiety and fear are natural behaviors of our mind. Yes, of course, it will a strong effect on our decisions. So, it is better to overcome this situation by ourself confidence.
Fear is a natural human phenomenon and is rated as the second most terrible thing after hunger. The stability of a nation/person is that it/he does not starve or fear a things.
Knowing sources or reasons of fear and anxiety of any kind minimize and at times eliminate pains that come from it. In most cases fear or anxiety is a psychological problem in which people take medication to control the fear and anxiety to gain a well conscious social behavior and live a normal life, what scares of them will no more be in their mind and thinking process.
