I´m searching for a protocol which can help me evaluate blood vessel permeability in mice who have been submited to a skin ulceration protocol (creation of excisional wounds). I already know that there are two basic protocols: one using Evans blue and another using the Bradford assay. Which one do you recommend? Is there another one that is better?
