I am trying to find ways to valorize cottage cheese whey. So far, the best valorization seems to be to nanofiltration in order to work with the retentate. But what can I do with the permeate, which is very rich in ash?
if it is very rich in ash then you have a lot of minerals in the permeate. Try using reverse osmosis to concentrate your permeate. You should try to define which minerals are present in the permeate before hand.
