I need a specific Ab or inhibitor that specifically inhibits EGFR-HER2 heterodimer formation but not other heterodimers of HER2 (with ERBB family receptors)
Check these out: Dietel, E., Brobeil, A., Tag, C. et al. Effectiveness of EGFR/HER2-targeted drugs is influenced by the downstream interaction shifts of PTPIP51 in HER2-amplified breast cancer cells. Oncogenesis 7, 64 (2018). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41389-018-0075-1
