Hi,

My research focuses on analyzing and modeling cell migration through the lens of cell shape, specifically by tracking the movement of protrusions like lamellipodia and other cellular extensions.

I am currently seeking a repository (databank/dataset) containing extensive collections of timelapse videos showcasing migrating cells. My primary interest lies in adherent cell types, including mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), fibroblasts, and MG-63 cells, under low confluence conditions to facilitate single-cell analysis.

Ideally, the videos should clearly visualize the cell shape, particularly the membrane. Seeing the nucleus within the cells would be an additional asset for my research.

Anyone knows such a repository or would have access to such data?

Thank you for your help
