Hi Mohammed

Add MnSO4 (5 mg/L) to TSA in order to enhance sporulation, you should see spores in less than 3 days.

  CaCl2.2H2O, MgSO4.7H2O, and MnSO4.H2O have been found to be helpful in sporulation. Especially, CaCl2.

I would also suggest the AK agar medium, which is a sporulating medium. I used it with B. thuringiensis with good results.
