Where do you want to use the bricks? I think you are asking for the floor area.

Brick can be used since it has good emissivity (.93-.96) and low thermal conductivity (.72). So you have to cover it's outside area by cement layer.

Thanks dear Mahesh for your answer. Can we used brisk in inner area of greenhouse for play double role. Store heat in day and insolute greenhouse at night.

Dear Ali of course bricks can be used but as per your requirement the outer walls have to be insulated with Glass wool

A brick wall, I think it's not a good idea. it is better then to use a wall of glass, or double glazing to increase the insulation. The double glazing traps the temperature in the greenhouse during the night. It is a bit expensive but beter than a brick wall.
