Hi everyone,

Im using Human Phospho-Kinase Array Kit (R&D) in order to analyse relative protein kinase expression in human lekocyte lysates. However, after first couple of analysed samples I have almost no results, as the signal is very poor. After isolating and lysis of leukocytes, I keep them in -80C for couple of weeks, and then analyse them in groups of 4 (number of membranes in 1 kit). Does anyone of you have any experience with human leukocyte lysates analysed with this system?
