Do you get fund to attend international conference from your institution?

Dear Scholar,

Many academic people and researcher would like to attend the international conference for different academic reasons. I am wondering whether all the participants get fund or how do they arrange fund to attend such a conference. Some times I refrained when I see the registration fees too.

I have a fixed annual amount I can spend on conferences, as long as I can demonstrate the relevance of each conference to my professional development.
