Yes, I do. Spreading knowledge and information as well as global cooperation is necessary not only in medical sciences but also in any field for the progress of the human being.

Yes, I strongly agree. The reason is that information dissemination forms a vital aspect of any information life cycle. When health-related information is shared in the language and formats that aid easy retrieval by the recipient, it will increase their knowledge-state on health issues.

I completely agree. I would like to emphasize that in addition to sharing all the information about medicine, it is necessary to increase, share and disseminate in a capillary manner all the information regarding the prevention of all those diseases that can easily be avoided by careful and sometimes trivial prevention.

Yes I agree, good example for that is German Medical Science. However, sharing free access or commercial this is the question? Dissemination knowledge  is industry and most journal ask for money to publish. The system in UK for example is good to access to the journals free as the university pay for you. However, in developing countries the system looks for me is bad and researchers suffer to have access to the  knowledge. Thank goodness that there is Researchgate to have free access!
