Do these human anti-CD3 antibodies (clone HIT3a and OKT3) have the same binding epitope and compete with each other?

I stimulated human PBMCs with soluble anti-CD3 (clone HIT3a) and I wanted to assess these cells by flow using a T cell panel, but I am not sure whether the flow antibody I chose for CD3 (clone OKT3) competes for the same epitope as clone HIT3a.
