In most of articles, researchers indicate the methods used in data analysis. For instance one can mention that he/she did normality test/outliers detection,stationarity test, etc. However, he/she does not show exactly which test he/she used. Moreover, the software /package used are not mentioned. For each test, there are many tests that can be used. Each test can lead to different result.
Isn t that a limitation in reliabilit of the article?

Yes, they do and they should do. Reliability is about the consistency of a measure, and validity is about the accuracy of a measure. It's important to consider reliability and validity when we are creating our research design, planning our methods, and writing up our results, especially in quantitative research.
Measurement is important in research esp for latent variables. The results depend on how measurement is conducted.
Validity tells you how accurately a method measures something. If a method measures what it claims to measure, and the results closely correspond to real-world values, then it can be considered valid. There are four main types of validity:
- Construct validity: Does the test measure the concept that it’s intended to measure?
- Content validity: Is the test fully representative of what it aims to measure?
- Face validity: Does the content of the test appear to be suitable to its aims?
- Criterion validity: Do the results correspond to a different test of the same thing?
That is why researches have different results from one another, if not correctly carried out.

In fact, some authors hide real developments or their research results and show only partially. Many believe that other researchers will not be able to use their methodology and thus continue to prepare articles in this line
