What are the best ways to stimulate Jurkat cells so the would produce Interferon gamma or other cytokines?

Dear Irina,

I would like to recommend treatment with PMA/ionomycin. We always use these regents to stimulate JK cells. We can measure the concentration of IFNg in cell culture sup. by ELISA. The final concentration of them as follows,

PMA 50ng/mL

Iono 1ug/mL
