Hi everyone, I'm doing research in biomedical engineering field using hydrogel microparticle.
I'm using UV-polymerized PEGDA hydrogel microparticles (20% PEGDA, 40% PEG600,..).
To modify them, I shaked them in thermo shaker (1,500 rpm) in PBST (0.1% Tween 20).
But, They aggregated on solvent surface after 3~5 min and it doesn't occur if I use 3% BSA solution for solvent.
How can I solve this problem?
Adding BSA into the PBST solution will work?
