Dear researchers, can you advise some literature sources or articles about features and/or properties of disulfide exchange reaction not in proteins, but in general point of view? I'm working with DNA immobilization employing mercaptosilane and thiolated DNA probe with blocked thiol-group. I would like to know the influence of temperature, buffer (pH, nature, concentration), the reactivity of the different disulfides and other possible information.
