Hi, I'm an Undergraduate student at the University of Chichester and I'm currently writing my dissertation.
I have all my statements and my question,
i have knowledge of exel and spss software used on other projects.
i have completed the pilot study in a manual format e.g. personally face to face with interviewer, however i would like to reach a wider audience and have been looking into surveys online with no luck yet. A user friendly program that would solve both issues would be ideal.
Additionally, a personal contact would be ideal.

You have two tasks/problems here and I'm not sure which you want to address. One is the choice of an appropriate online survey software tool - something in which to create your survey questionnaire, and to present to respondents. The second task is to find potential respondents to answer your questions.
Most universities subscribe to one or more online survey software providers. SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics are the brands are the brands most popular in Business and Arts faculties. My preference is Qualtrics. It's possible that your university does not make the software available for Undergraduates, so check with your supervisor.
If a university subscription is not available to you then a quick online search will give you several online survey software providers. Many (most?) will offer a free service for a limited time or with limited features. I believe that Qualtrics offers a 1-month trial, which should be plenty for your project.
The second task, finding and contacting potential respondents, may be more difficult for you. How "representative" of your target population must your sample be? Can you get away with a convenience sample? If so then my students have had a lot of success with social media as a recruitment tool.
I would suggest u to pay and use survey monkey. It is easy to access and you can analyze data very easily.
Iv decided to make things a simpler format, but now have run a small pilot study and am stumped on how to analyse the data i have?
