I have this dimensionless governing equations that I want to solve in Ansys Fluent. But then, in Ansys Fluent, the geometry only dimensional. So my question is, does dimensionless equations means that we can apply it to any geometry i.e. scaling?

Dimensionless reduces the information of variables significantly to 1. You can do it for scaling as well, .i.e., for vectorizing the data to 1-dimensional space. For some more details : https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/chemistry/dimensionless-number
Yes, you can, but not directly. For example, you need to study some dimensionless flow. This flow is always characterized by dimensionless criteria, such as Mach number or Reynolds number (and other criteria depending on the physical model).
So if you create a simulation (no matter what physical dimensions it has) and keep the same Re and M numbers, it will be similar (dimensionless) according to the Buckingam-Pi theorem. To understand more about this question please read the Aerodynamics textbook from Anderson.
