Now I have a MES buffer (1M, pH3), but I want MES buffer(0.2M, pH6) for my experiment, the only thing I know: I'll need to dilute the MES buffer first and then use NaOH solution to adjust the pH. But I'm not sure how to do that, I've never done an experiment before, can anyone please tell me how can I get 10ml MES buffer (0.2M,pH6)?
