What i mean is just as follow: The autophagy inhibitor, chloroquine, functions when autophagosome fuses to lysosome. As a result, use of chloroquine makes it blocked for LC3B-II to degrade in lysosome. Here comes the question: When cell stressed(for example:starvation), chloroquine will furthermore get LC3B-II accumulated. However, some articles point out that utilizing chloroquine decreases LC3B-II level. Will the use of chloroquine finally influence the generation of autophagosome? If the answer is YES,the discrepancy due to time difference?
