I've been working with a lymphoma cell line (Eµ-Myc) for a few years now. I injected a million cells intravenously into recipient mice and usually cells home into peripheral lymph nodes and spleen, which I can harvest and study.

Lately my cells started to accumulate in the liver and not the liver. We are doing as much in vitro test as we can but I'm wondering if some one in the community has ever experienced such problem
