Hello guys,
I need to make 3D model in abaqus with surface cohesive method. I tried so many attempts but not successful. I think my problem is on defining Interaction properties module. Did someone of you do this project in last? any advice could be helpful
More details:
1.First I tried to use the Finite sliding (Node to surface) in Interaction module but then always the simulation aborted with the error "Time increment required is less than the minimum specified" and then I tried to reduce the minimum time in step or increasing value of IA in step mod. (Others/General solution controls/edit) but the error was still there.
2.Then I tried with Small sliding in integration mod. This time the simulation completed but the results were not as I expected. It seems in this case the beams are not open !
