I did a simulation on abaqus which took one day and at the end it Aborted!!!! with the error "too many attempts for this incremnets". By search I knew in this case I should increase the value of IA in step module (eventhoggh also before it was 30, but then i put 40) or reducing the initial increment value. And I did both! Now I want to restart a job which gets the data from aborted job to save time! I saw a video on youtube which shows to do it through "Edit attributes" and then creating a job and click on Restart as Job type... But when i want to check data for job (before submitting), i get this error "Unable to start the job!" Can someone give me some idea why thsi happens?

To continue from a set of existing results, you should request the restart of your analysis in the STEP modulus of Abaqus/CAE (Output > Request restart) before starting the analysis.
This option is considered by default only in Abaqus/Explicit. If you are running an analysis in Abaqus/Standard, then you should Request the restart as I told you.
For a better understanding of the restart option, that can be divided in three categories (1. Continuing with additional steps / 2. Continuing an interrupted run / 3. Changing an analysis) you can read the attached document that I found online, which contains step by step examples for each previously mentioned case: 1, 2 or 3.

Dear Mircea D. Botez ,
I read the link that u sent me. I think my case is including in third case. My job is aborted and seeing the error I did some change in initial increment value and factor IA in step modulus and now i want to restart it from the increment was aborted last job. But i see in the manual it says needs to have .res file which i do not have. It is not possible to restart an aborted job without .res file?
Unfortunately, without the RES file the analysis can not be restarted.
Beside the RES file, you will also need several files, as mentioned in the previous attachment.

Before you can restart an analysis, you must have requested a restart data in the previous analysis using the restart write:
*RESTART,WRITE,FREQ=1
Then, after you have obtained your restart data in RES file. You can now restart the previous analysis using restart read:
*RESTART,READ,END STEP,STEP=1,INC=43
N.B. (This command can be inserted to the CAE using Model - Edit keywords
If you already have IA=30, it is very unlikely that 40 will help to avoid the convergence problems. Try to find the cause of the convergence issues and solve that.
